Tforward isolated closed circle mystery ARGH On the one hand this provided so much of what I was looking or in regards to movie references and cheesy nostalgia yet I still eel so much of what I was looking or in regards to movie references and cheesy nostalgia yet I still eel due to the difficulty in keeping the characters straight and some of the changes that were made The reveal elt a little off to me and heads up there is a cliffhanger leading out or the second book in the series Overall this was a un breezy read and I ll likely continue on with the trilogy More thoughts to come closer to publication date Many thanks to the publisher If My Love Were a Fire Truck: A Daddy's Love Song for providing my review copy via NetGalley I received thisrom Edelweiss in exchange Write It When I'm Gone: Remarkable Off-The-Record Conversations with Gerald R. Ford for an honest reviewThere was a murder but god did this suck I came in here expecting lots of death and just a lot ofun joking but this was a bit melodramatic and there was barely any death One character died One And then the reveal Ready for Summer for who the killer waselt so out of character and it was a bad reveal All the build and tension Cyberselfish A Critical Romp Through The Terribly Libertarian Culture Of High Tech for thatI couldn t get the characters down There was Plum Green White Boddy Peacock and Scarlet like in the original But then there were random people who were just there I also never reallyigured out who was who There was Plum but he was never called Plum because they referred to everyone by their irst name Plum I think was Finn Peacock Was Beth Scarlet was Beth Scarlet just ScarletThe plot really sucked Sorry but it did It was so boring And then the reveal about who killed that singular person sucked Then you have some weird addition to the plot right at the end Like you already lost me I don t care about this revealcliffhangerAll in all would not recommend It infuriated me Clue is one of my all time Write Your Novel!: Tips from a Bestseller favorite movies so there was absolutely no way I was going to miss this one This book has a load of characters and we get POV chaptersrom 6 of them and that was a bit much I didn t Dogs Behaving Badly feel like I really knew any of them and instead of it adding to the mystery itell First Year Teacher: Wit and Wisdom from Teachers Who'€ve Been There flatPlot wise it was good There wasn t a lot of build up or tension and the reveal wasairly lackluster however I just noticed this is the start of a series so there s that Oh and the ending does lean towards a cliffhanger
